Makurdi, Benue State — The Principal Special Assistant to the Benue State Governor on Youth and Media Mobilization, Mr. Atu Terver, popularly known as Krayzeetee, has reportedly been abducted by unidentified individuals.
The incident came to light late Tuesday after his wife raised an alarm in an emotional social media post, revealing that she had received a distress call from her husband.
In a frightened voice, Terver was quoted as saying: “I have been abducted, call mummy.” Efforts to reach his phone afterwards proved futile.
The abduction has sparked shockwaves across the state, especially as Terver has been a visible figure in Governor Hyacinth Alia’s administration. He recently made headlines for sacking one of his aides who participated in a protest against killings in Benue.
As of press time, authorities have yet to officially confirm the abduction or provide updates on any rescue efforts.
