Abeokuta’s entertainment scene is on the cusp of a major breakthrough as Big Rave Entertainment, spearheaded by its Chief Executive Officer, Amufua Osaume Osas, popularly known as MC OSSY, intensifies preparations for what is fast becoming one of the most anticipated shows in Ogun State.

The event, slated for June 7, 2026, will hold at the Marque, OOPL, NNPC Junction, Leme Road, Abeokuta, and is already generating significant buzz across entertainment and media circles, with expectations building for a landmark outing.

In a strategic move that underscores the importance of media collaboration and institutional backing, MC OSSY, alongside members of his team, paid a courtesy visit to the Ogun State Council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), where an official invitation package was presented to the Union’s Secretary, Bunmi Adigun.

The presentation, which featured event tickets, branded souvenirs and formal invitations, reflected the high regard the organizer holds for the NUJ leadership, positioning Adigun as a critical stakeholder in the success of the event.
Receiving the delegation at the NUJ Secretariat, Iwe-Iroyin, Abeokuta, Adigun expressed gratitude for the gesture and reaffirmed his commitment to the project.

“I am proud of how far MC OSSY has come. He is making remarkable strides and carving a niche for himself in the entertainment industry. I will be there live, and I will also mobilize others to support him. This is one show I believe will make us all proud,” he said.

Reflecting on their long-standing relationship, the NUJ Secretary noted that his support is deeply personal, having witnessed the entertainer’s journey from its formative stage.

“I have been part of his journey from the very beginning as a stage MC and hypeman. What we are witnessing today is the growth of a dream we nurtured from childhood into something bigger, stronger and more impactful,” he added.
For MC OSSY, the visit was both symbolic and heartfelt, an acknowledgement of mentorship, loyalty and shared history.

“The Secretary has played a key role in my story. That is why it was important for me to personally invite him. This is more than just an event; we are building something that will stand as the biggest entertainment show ever staged in Ogun State,” he said.

The meeting, marked by warm interactions and a photo session, highlighted a strong synergy between the media and the entertainment brand, a partnership expected to significantly boost the visibility and impact of the event.
With anticipation continuing to build, MC OSSY is steadily emerging as a force within the industry, transitioning from a dynamic hypeman to a headline act and visionary event curator with bold ambitions.

As June 7 draws closer, Premier World News reports that the “Big Rave” concert is shaping up to be more than just a show; it is fast becoming a powerful statement of creative growth, youth expression and the expanding commercial potential of Abeokuta’s entertainment landscape.
