Real estate entrepreneur, Jide Odusolu, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of Prince Adetunji Ogunwusi, describing his passing as a painful reminder of the fleeting nature of life.
In a heartfelt tribute titled “Tunjeje!! Dodo of Life,” Odusolu said the news came as a devastating shock, noting that the late Ogunwusi lived a life marked by loyalty, commitment and selfless service to those around him.
Odusolu recalled that his relationship with the deceased resulted in the establishment of Legacy (Ocean Bay), while Ogunwusi’s exceptional networking ability and strategic influence gave birth to landmark real estate developments, including Aircomn (Northern Foreshore), Cityscape (Buena Vista), and several other thriving companies and communities that helped redefine the real estate landscape in Lekki.
According to him, between 2001 and 2010, Prince Ogunwusi served as the “Special Forces General” and dependable go-to person for many stakeholders in the industry.
He described him as a faithful, loyal and committed professional who never resented the success of others but instead devoted himself to supporting people and building enduring partnerships.
Paying his final respects, Odusolu thanked the late Prince Ogunwusi for what he described as a life well lived, saying his legacy would continue to inspire generations within and beyond the real estate sector.
“My friend, my brother, thank you for a life well lived. You are missed, but I know history will be kind in judging you. Goodnight until we meet again,” he wrote.
