Major M.A. Akinlade (Retd), the father of former gubernatorial candidate of the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) and the Deputy Governorship candidate for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Abdul Kabir Adekunle Akinlade, has passed away.

Major Akinlade will be burried on Thursday, 20th of March, 2025 at his Country home in Agosasa by four PM.
