Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited has commenced its short-let service at the Ecostay Apartments, located in the Kobape corridor of Ogun State. The apartments, which are part of the Pelican Valley’s flagship project, have been fully booked till February 2025, barely 24 hours after the service was launched.

According to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Ambassador (Dr.) Babatunde Adeyemo, the company’s strategy-driven approach to its projects has been the key to its success. “We conduct thorough research to determine the viability and market demand for our projects before embarking on them,” he explained.

Adeyemo attributed the rapid booking of the apartments to their affordability, despite offering luxury and comfort. A two-bedroom apartment, fully furnished and equipped with modern technology, costs N50,000 per night.

The Ecostay Apartments are part of the Pelican Valley’s efforts to provide luxurious and secure accommodation for clients, particularly those in the diaspora who have invested in the company’s projects. The apartments offer a range of amenities, including 24-hour internet and WiFi connection, smart TVs, washing machines, and deep freezers.

In addition to the short-let service, Pelican Valley is also developing other facilities, including a lawn tennis court, basketball court, table tennis court, and picnic tent. The company is also planning to introduce a nursery for vegetables, peppers, snails, grass cutters, and rabbits.

Adeyemo encouraged Nigerians at home and in the diaspora to take advantage of the investment opportunities offered by Pelican Valley. He noted that the prices of the company’s land and apartments would increase in the coming year due to inflation and demand.

With its commitment to providing luxurious and secure accommodation, Pelican Valley is poised to become a leading player in Nigeria’s real estate industry.
