The Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Ambassador (Dr.) Babatunde Adeyemo, is set to attend the Association of Yorubas in Diaspora South Africa (AYIDSA) Annual Cultural Day celebration, scheduled for October 18, 2025, in South Africa.
Adeyemo disclosed this during a media briefing at the company’s state-of-the-art office in Kobape, Ogun State, announcing that his invitation had been formally endorsed by both the Nigerian High Commission in Pretoria and the South African Embassy in Lagos.
The respected real estate mogul will grace the event as Special Guest of Honour and Speaker, joining other distinguished personalities to mark AYIDSA’s 10th Anniversary Celebration — a milestone dedicated to promoting unity, culture, and nation-building among Nigerians in the diaspora.
Dr. Adeyemo said the cultural event would provide an opportunity to reconnect with Nigerians and the black community in South Africa while also engaging them on investment opportunities in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
“This platform will allow me to interact directly with Nigerians in South Africa who have shown interest in the integrity-driven Pelican Valley brand,” he noted. “It will also serve as a means to encourage purpose-driven remittances and investment that create wealth, jobs, and sustainable retirement plans back home.”

In a related development, Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited has expanded its international footprint by signing Memoranda of Understanding (MoU) with Ms. Habeebat Adeniyi and Mr. Hammed Ayoade, both based in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, to represent the company in North America.
Ms. Adeniyi, a licensed mortgage professional, will serve as the official link between Pelican Valley and diaspora investors in Canada, helping to streamline property transactions and financing.
