The Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Ambassador (Dr.) Babatunde Adeyemo, has extended heartfelt felicitations to the Commissioner of Police, Ogun State Command, Barr. Lanre Ogunlowo, on the occasion of his birthday.
Ambassador Adeyemo, in a statement made available to newsmen in Abeokuta on Wednesday, described the Ogun State Police Commissioner as a thoroughbred professional, courageous officer, and a shining example of commitment and leadership in law enforcement. He lauded Ogunlowo’s remarkable achievements since assuming office on December 20, 2024, noting that his proactive and technology-driven approach to policing has significantly reduced crime rates across the state.
The real estate mogul and anti-corruption ambassador also praised the Police Commissioner’s firm stance against land grabbers and illegal actors in land matters — a move, he said, has helped foster peace and strengthened investor confidence in Ogun State’s real estate sector. Adeyemo recalled Ogunlowo’s decisive handling of the January 16, 2025 kidnapping of Mrs. Folasade Odumosu, wife of former AIG Hakeem Odumosu, describing it as a clear demonstration of his courage and readiness to protect lives and property.
According to Adeyemo, “We celebrate Commissioner Lanre Ogunlowo for his integrity, professionalism, and swift actions in tackling crime in Ogun State. His leadership has sent a strong message to criminal elements that a new era of discipline and diligence has begun under his watch. We pray that God continues to grant him wisdom, good health, and strength in his selfless service to the state, the nation, and humanity.”
Ambassador Adeyemo, who is the visionary behind Pelican Valley Estate, Pelican Brief Estate, Pelican Ecostay Apartments, and Pelican Greenish Acre Farm Estate along the Abeokuta–Kobape corridor, reaffirmed his admiration for the Commissioner’s dedication to building a safer and more secure Gateway State.
