A frontline real estate entrepreneur, Ambassador (Dr) Babatunde Adeyemo, Celebrated this years Eid-el-Kabir by hosting children, parents, the estate landlords, consultants and mentors of the Estate.
They were all treated to sumptuous Sallah meals, spend fabulous time with the children where all sang and danced – in celebration of this year’s Sallah.
The festive party, which happened at the Podium, the pleasant private lounge within the Pelican Valley Estate at Laderin, also witnessed a challenge competition on recitation of the first stanza of the reintroduced “Nigeria we hail thee…..” National Anthem and two of those who won were given cash prizes.

Dr Adeyemo who was adjudged the poster boy of real estate by the Ministry of Urban and Physical Planning in Ogun State added that the future belong to the children, not just of the nation but also global world, urging parents and guardians to provide a nurturing environment that fosters positive communication and character development for their kids.
The multiple award winning realtor also encouraged parents and guardians to invest in the future of children in the area of education and shelter through ‘land banking,’ saying Pelican Valley has a package on land banking that addresses such need.
