The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Kayode Adeolu Egbetokun, Ph.D., NPM, has approved the posting of the Force Public Relations Officer, DCP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, mnipr, mipra, fCAI, as the Deputy Commissioner of Police in charge of the Department of Operations, Delta State Command.
According to a statement from Force Headquarters, Abuja, the deployment underscores the confidence of the police leadership in DCP Adejobi’s wealth of experience, professionalism, and capacity to further strengthen operational strategies in the Delta Command.
The IGP commended Adejobi for his sterling service as Force Public Relations Officer, where he distinguished himself with professionalism, commitment, and remarkable contributions to enhancing the image and communication strategies of the Nigeria Police Force. He expressed confidence that Adejobi would bring the same level of dedication and excellence to his new assignment in Delta State.
Meanwhile, arrangements are being finalized for the announcement of a new Force Public Relations Officer.
