Renowned elder statesman and community leader, Chief Olatunde Ayinla Abudu, has passed away at the age of 96.
His death occurred in the early hours of Sunday, June 9, 2025.
Chief Abudu, a respected patriarch, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and uncle, was widely admired for his contributions to education, philanthropy, and civic development over several decades.
Janazah prayers in honour of the late Chief will be held today at 4:00 PM at Nobel House College.
He is survived by a large family and a legacy of integrity, service, and leadership.
